Join the September Bakeable Challenge: Caramel Apple Galette

Fall baking season is here!

Our September Challenge

There’s no better way to kick off the fall baking season than with fall’s best ingredient: apples! This Caramel Apple Galette tastes like pie but is even simpler to make. It uses no pie pan—just a round of pie dough (you could even use store-bought) and a pile of spiced and sweetened apples.

What’s more: the caramel drizzle! It has us dreaming of all kinds of caramel apple desserts. Our to-bake list is long, but luckily we have all fall to tackle it.
