Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the first 5 ingredients. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream until smooth and creamy. Stir in poppy seeds. Store in the refrigerator.
