Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

Makesabout 2/3 cup
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Serve over a green salad or fresh fruit. Store in the refrigerator.

This turned out very tasty. I added the juice of one fresh lemon (1/4 cup) and used apple cider vinegar instead..It made one cup with the additional liquid.

This was very good. Took it to our bible study class and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I did find it taste better after it sits for awhile.

Very versatile. Enjoyed it with salad and even drizzled over steamed broccoli.
