In deliciously exciting fast food news, East Coast favorite Shake Shack is welcoming a new menu this week! It features three new savory items, all showcasing the rich, buttery flavors of white truffle mushrooms. Here’s everything you need to know about the special White Truffle Shake Shack menu.
What’s on the new Shake Shack menu?
The three new items include a White Truffle Burger, a White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger, and Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce. Here are the flavor profiles for each new menu item:
White Truffle Burger
The White Truffle burger is a classic cheeseburger with Fontina cheese, topped with a white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil and crispy sweet onions, all served on a toasted potato bun. Its suggested starting price is $8.99.
White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger
This one is for the vegetarians! It features a crispy fried portobello mushroom stuffed with Muenster and cheddar cheeses. The ‘shroom is topped with white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil and shredded lettuce. Its suggested starting price is also $8.99.
Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce
These are classic, crispy crinkle-cut fries, topped with Parmesan cheese, and served alongside white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil. Their suggested starting price is $4.69.

The menu launched nationwide on Friday, February 10, 2023.
