Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing

- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and sugar. Stir in the onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

I use less sugar and do not use low-fat ingredients. This is a delicious recipe. As a once-in-a-while treat, we dip oven fries into this instead of the usual condiment.

This dressing is delicious-- much better than store bought bottled dressing. It makes quite a bit--next time I might just make half batch.

This is an excellent dressing. It has a thicker consistence than bottled dressing, like the more expensive dressing on the market but I like that. This also works well as a dip. Very, very good! Yummm!!!
