- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook pork chops over medium heat until a thermometer reads 145°, 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove; let stand 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; add to pan. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with chops. Yield: 4 servings.

"Deliciouse, I used pork tenderloin instead. I sprinkled the meat with course salt and let sit awhile. Browned it on all sides to 110 degrees, removed to a cutting board and added the sauce, boiled for a few minutes, sliced the meat on an angle about and inch thick and added to the sauce. I used kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to seasoned the pork chops. I also added hot red pepper flakes to the sauce to give it a kick. This is a good base recipe like with most of taste of home recipes you always have to add extra spices."
