PBJ on a Stick

I always try to come up with new ways to serve lunch to my kids. This recipe was a hit! —Sara Martin, Brookfield, Wisconsin

    4 skewers


  • 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
  • 4 wooden skewers (5 to 6 inches)
  • 1 cup seedless red or green grapes
  • 1 small banana, sliced


  • Cut sandwiches into 1-in. squares. Alternately thread grapes, sandwich squares and banana slices onto each skewer. Serve immediately.

    My soon to be 8 year old is so picky right now.. this is the only way o could get her to eat lunch! Keep posting fun recipes for kids! Lifesaver and yummy. We did apples instead of grapes and made it on straws so no splinters would happen.

    I made this but instead of using a tooth pick I used a thin pretzel stick, all eatable. My Grand baby 21 months enjoyed taking it apart.
