No-Bake Mango Strawberry Cheesecake

Cheesecake is my mom's favorite dessert. I made this especially for her on Mother's Day to thank her for being such an awesome mom. Decorate to your own taste! —Elizabeth Ding, El Cerrito, California

The flavor profile is awesome! The middle of my cheesecake failed to completely set, however. Other than that, it was great!

I made this recipe 2 times and each time the cake falls apart as soon as the spring form pan is removed. The cheese filling is not set, even after being refrigerated for over 24 hours. The filling drips all over the cake plate and makes a big mess!
