Grilled Pork Burgers

This was a good burger. I used dried bread crumbs instead of soft crumbs. Couldn't tell a difference. Nice and moist. I used a 5-cheese blend of grated cheese instead of the Parmesan. I use it for all recipes that call for shredded Parm. Has more flavor. Will make again.
Loved it. I've tried it with and without the cheese. Both were delicious, but I think I preferred it without the cheese.
