Grilled Chicken Ranch Burgers
Total TimePrep: 15 min. + chilling Grill: 10 min.
- 3/4 cup ranch salad dressing
- 3/4 cup panko (Japanese) bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 teaspoons pepper
- 4 pounds ground chicken
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 hamburger buns, split
- Optional toppings: Tomato slices, lettuce leaves, sliced red onion, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado and ranch dip
- In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients. Add chicken; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape mixture into sixteen 1/2-in. thick patties. Brush both sides with oil; refrigerate, covered, 15 minutes to allow patties to firm up.
- Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 3-4 inches from heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°. Serve on buns with desired toppings.

This was the very first recipe I ever made with ground chicken. I scaled the amount back as well to two pounds and I still came up with 12 burgers so I think when it comes to the yield it really depends on how you size them for your family. I have made this recipes twice because it was such a hit but the second time I added bacon to the top so it became a chicken bacon ranch burger. So good. I also made pesto mayo to serve with these and it really was an amazing enhancement. Easy and delicious.

What a nice little recipe. The chicken was moist and so full of flavor. I made it up early in the day Served it on lettuce and tomato. Super easy and so tasty

This was my first time using ground chicken. I added extra panko because I had a hard time getting them to stick together even after chiling a half hour. The flavor was delicious. I like the ranch flavor.

I cut recipe in half, but I DID use the 3 garlic cloves and 2 lbs. Perdue ground chicken breast! I broiled the patties and had to watch-I made sure that each side was browned, BUT NOT BURNT! It took longer as I'd turned them in order to have both the sides browned! Thank you, Kari Shifflett for this recipe! I did sample just one burger on a hamburger bun and ate it with 3 Claussen kosher pickle chips for burgers and a touch of ketchup and mustard! It was DELICIOUS!

3 words....SO DANG GOOD!!!!! LOVED these and will make again and again I am sure!! had to cut the recipe in half, but next time I may make the whole batch and freeze the patties for later meals.

Loved these burgers. Sometimes chicken can get dry but I think the ranch dressing really helps. Great flavor!!!

This recipe was fantastic! I made them exactly as written, and the texture was perfect. I think the buns should be grilled, and a slice or two of bacon on top, and some melted sharp cheddar would take these burgers over the top. I will definitely make them again.

This is one of my go to burgers for my boys. They are ranch lovers and love the addition of ranch in these. We even add a packet of dry ranch on top of the dressing itself and it adds even more ranch flavor. Chicken burgers can be dry, but these aren't in my experience.

Very good! I cut the recipe in half and got six large burgers. These impressed my very skeptical husband! Nice and moist and flavorful!
