- 1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- Place cranberries, sugar and onion in a blender or food processor; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add sour cream and horseradish; process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 cups.
