I thought it was very bland. The pork chop was very moist, but there was really no flavor to the flour mixture - I'd definitely add more spices, etc. to the mix and then again once it's in the crockpot.

This was yummy and easy. I did salt and pepper the pork chops before breading, since it seems like pork chops always need it. The gravy was very flavorful. The pork chops weren't very tender after 3 1/2 hours, but they still tasted great.

Just made this tonight and thought it was great... served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Didn't quite get the full 3 hours in the crock pot but the pork was still quite moist. I ended up adding a little cornstarch to the drippings to thicken for gravy. This will be a regular recipe in my house!

very tender and easy to make. I also used bone in chops and added salt and pepper.

These were so tender that we didn't even need to cut them, they just fell apart. They were very tasty and the only thing I changed was I added salt and pepper to them before browning them.

Very good! Chops do not have a strong flavor, so some may change it a bit, but I liked the flavor as is.

Good recipe, but the pork chops came out a little bland. Next time I'm going to try seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper before putting it in the flour mixture. I made homemade rosemary garlic mashed potatoes to go with it and the gravy was great on it.
