I have been making these for years. I receive rave reviews every time the are served. I do not use 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture as that is too much by the time you roll them up. One to 1 1/2 tablespoons or just a thin layer per tortilla works fine.

Awful! Too much ranch dressing mix & onions in the cream cheese! Was so salty couldn't eat. And I layered the cream cheese mixture on lightly! I used ham on some and turkey on some. But the cream cheese mixture was unedible without diluting with more cream cheese than it calls for!

I modified the ranch salad dressing mix to be the Fiesta ranch dressing mix, and used spinach flour tortillas, and added about 10 finely chopped calamata olives. The changes added more flavor for me.
