We liked this dinner. The only thing I would alter is the amount of parsley. It seemed to us to be too much. The sauce turned into more of a paste, so next time, I'll make sure to watch it more closely.

Pork chops are one thing that I don't have a big variety on how to cook them. I was excited about this sauce because I love cheese. The thyme in this recipe had me worried because I am not a giant fan of the spice however it wasn't over powering to the sauce at all, it was a perfect compliment. Its a snap to get on a plate. My tip for this meal is to watch closely when thickening the sauce because it can quickly turn into a paste. If it does though fear not because that paste still tastes delicious! My whole family gave this five stars.

This recipe came together so quick! I made extra sauce and served it over mashed potatoes I made to go along with the chops.

I didn't like this recipe; it was too bland for me.

As far as ease, this is about as easy as it can get! High marks for that. It was tasty as well, although my sauce was a little more like a spreadable consistency than saucy. I did add additional milk and parmesan to thin it out and that helped a little. Probably operator error - heat too high or something. Overall very tasty, and my husband enjoyed it too!

I used a pork roast instead, cooked it in a slow cooker and made a double batch of sauce to go with the roast. It was really good and I think I will try the sauce with other dishes.

Very tasty! I used bone in loin chops and finely chopped onion that I sauteed in the drippings before adding the milk. Fast weekday meal that I'll definitely make again.
