Makeover Caramel-Pecan Apple Pie

I lost 120 pounds and want my favorite pie to fit my new eating habits. This version better suits a healthy lifestyle and still delivers out-of-this-world taste. —Ronda Davis, King, North Carolina

I've always really enjoyed the full fat version of this pie. I was so excited to bake this slimmed down version and find that it really is just as delectable as the original! YUM!

Great pie! Only tip, don't try to cut it while it's hot. Completely falls apart when you take it out of the pan!
