This is an easier take on the sesame chicken wonton tacos from Applebee's. I made these recently for the big game and they were the star of the buffet! I toasted the wonton cups the day before to make assembly even faster on game day. —Anne Ormond, Dover, New Hampshire

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 package (12.25 ounces) Asian chopped salad mix
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Place wonton wrappers on a work surface; spritz with cooking spray. Press into greased muffin cups.
  2. Bake until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Immediately remove wonton cups to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until bottoms of cups are lightly browned, 2-3 minutes longer. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine salad mix and shredded cooked chicken. Add salad dressing from the salad kit toss to coat; spoon into cooled wontons. Drizzle with hoisin sauce; serve immediately.
