Cinnamon-Sugar Scones
I bring these to every event--they’re always a huge hit. Kids love them, and moms like making them because they’re lighter than your average scone. If you have trouble finding cinnamon chips at the store, you can get them online. —Kathy Monahan, Jacksonville, Florida

Delicious, easy, light and moist. I may have added a bit more yogurt and cinnamon chips to finish what I have on hand. They are excellent and easy to make. For my daughters who are gluten free, I believe Bisquick makes a gluten free version. I highly recommend and will surely make them again. In addition to cinnamon/sugar on top, I also used some raw sugar, too... Nice crunch!
These were super easy, came together quickly, used butterscotch chips. They were tender

Delicious. I used 1/2 c. cinnamon chips and 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
These were really good and easy to make .
This is one of the best scone recipes I have ever made. I love that it's so easy and doesn't call for any whipping cream, which I usually don't have on hand. I have substituted sour cream for the vanilla yogurt sometimes without any problem. I love to drizzle some powdered sugar icing over the top after they have cooled a bit - it looks pretty and adds a little extra sweetness!
These light & airy scones are prefect for a brunch or to take to the office. Simple to make & delicious to boot. Highly recommend making these beauties.
