Beef and Noodle Soup
In Lincoln, Nebraska, Arlene Lynn takes advantage of convenience items to prepare this hearty soup in a hurry. Bowls of the chunky mixture are chock-full of ground beef, noodles and vegetables.

So easy and great for a cool Fall day.
Made this last night and it was very good. I almost gave it four stars because of how salty it was but decided that it was not the recipe’s fault that I am more sensitive to a salty taste since I rarely use salt. I could have used less of either the ramen noodle seasoning packet or of the onion soup mix but I wanted to make the recipe as is to judge the flavor. The recipe was easy to make. I used V-8 juice and a can of peas and carrots instead of frozen. I will make this again!
To me this was just ok. Nothing great. It was quick to fix but it's not something I would make again. Maybe using the spicy V8 would help with flavor.
We tried this soup last weekend. My family just loved it. It easy and fast.
Easy, delicious and inexpensive!
I love how easy this soup is to make. I added some celery and onion I had on hand. Everyone liked it. I will definitely be making this again.
This a great, quick and easy to make soup. I will certainly be making this one again, soon!
This is going to be added to my regular winter dinner rotation from now on. So easy to make and everyone liked it! Very flavorful.
I love this soup! I have a gluten allergy so I substituted different noodles and the beef seasoning for gluten free options but it was still wonderful and EASY. Great recipe!
