- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup (8 ounces) frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
- 3 pitted dates
- 3 cups coconut milk
- Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
