Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

I love the added touch of putting in ice cream. Tastes like a healthy milkshake. Sometimes I put frozen yogurt in instead of ice cream if I'm trying to be a bit more healthy.
Zero sugar ????? I don't think so.
My son asked me to make something with peaches so this is what we settled on. I scaled this back to make one serving for my son but used all of the suggested ingredients. I had Greek vanilla yogurt and used frozen berries and peaches. He's already asked me to make him another one so that's a win in my book!
I made a few changes & it turned out well. I omitted the ice cream and peaches. I used 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt, about 3/4 C pineapple juice and 1 ripened banana.

Great recipe. I made it with all vanilla yogurt. I also have been adding ground up oatmeal to my smoothies to make it more of a meal. This recipe is also easy to do in the food processor!

It was fun to make but the flavor of vanilla/yogurt was too strong for me. My boyfriend and sister loved it though :)
