Ingredients:

  • 1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions:

Place cranberries, sugar and onion in a blender or food processor; cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add sour cream and horseradish; process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 cups.
