Spicy Bratwurst Supper

With a zesty sauce and a shredded Gouda cheese that melts over the top, this saucy bratwurst dish, from our Test Kitchen, is a delicious combination that's swiftly prepared in a skillet. TIP: Out of Gouda? Try shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese instead.

This was tasty and easy to make. I actually combined the Bratwurst dish with the rice and then baked it for 5 minutes to get the cheese all bubbly. yum!

This looks delicious but I would prepare without the bacon.
