Ingredients
- 1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries, rinsed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large saucepan, gently stir all ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 35 minutes. Remove from heat; cool.
