Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes (about 3 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges; place in a large bowl. Add oil and seasonings; toss to coat. Transfer to 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 45-50 minutes or until tender, turning once.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Serve with potato wedges.
