Potato Wedges with Sweet & Spicy Sauce

YIELD: 12 servings (1-1/2 cups sauce).

6 medium potatoes (about 3 pounds)

1/4 cup olive oil

1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper
-
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

SAUCE:
-
1 cup Miracle Whip

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup honey
-
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges; place in a large bowl. Add oil and seasonings; toss to coat. Transfer to 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 45-50 minutes or until tender, turning once.

In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Serve with potato wedges.
