Parmesan-Broiled Tilapia
I love that simple Parmesan cheese brings such richness to an otherwise mild-tasting fish. It's one dish where leftovers are never a problem! —Tracy Locken, Gillette, Wyoming

So, so easy and fast to make. I usually have frozen tilapia on hand, and everything else is stuff you'd have in your fridge! My daughter (who "doesn't like fish") devours this.
I love this! So simple and quick, great for a fast evening meal.
Keeper! I use this recipe over and over for easy weeknight meal. Goes well with steamed veggies and rice.
This is one of those recipes I just keep returning to again and again. So easy and so delicious! I made it for my in-laws one night when they were visiting, and now they have it twice a week!
Oh SOOOO good and easy, definitely a keeper
Yes!! So good. Easy to make. I'll make this again.
Pretty good. Could have used a little more seasoning but overall a keeper. Thanks for sharing!
I made this fantastic recipe last night, I will definitely make this again to serve to company!I only made one filet so I quartered the recipe substituting celery seed for celery salt as that was what I had. Easy to make and looks and tastes like restaurant quality!
I just seen this recipe on the email I received today. It sounded good, so I through it together and stuck it in the boiler. My Tilapia was frozen, so I had to boil it longer (around 8 to 10 minutes), but it turned out ssoooo good, I loved it. This has got to be my best Tilapia recipe now. My husband doesn't like Tilapia period, but I can't wait for him to try this.
