Mostaccioli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked mostaccioli
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded Colby cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup, tomato sauce, oregano and salt.
  2. Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
