Both hubby and I loved this recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand. It went together quickly and I popped it in the fridge to gel. Tonight he gobbled down a bowl and loved it. I made mine into a dessert and gave it a squirt of whipped cream. Yummy! The only change, which was very minor, was to use diet 7 Up instead of ginger ale. Five thumbs up for this recipe.

We love this recipe! I make this for every birthday party because it is a nice treat for the diabetics in my family that can't have cake and ice cream. I also take it to many church functions. We never bring any back with us! I like to use Diet Vernors for a little extra kick.
