When I created this dish I was thrilled that my husband enjoyed it so much. He normally prefers omelets for brunch, but devoured his first helping of these eggs, then asked for more. —Lisa Speer, Palm Beach, Florida

Didn't have the Swiss cheese (had some but the hubster got to it before I did) so didn't get to add that. Also put it in an 8-inch square pan because I wanted it a little thicker and baked it for an additional 10 minutes. Even without the fourth cheese we really loved it. Will make it again and make sure I put the Swiss under lock and key next time. :)
