The next time you host a barbecue, you’ll want to pocket this foolproof recipe for grilled boneless pork chops. You’ll whisk together parsley, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and a few seasonings to create the marinade. Then, let your meat sit in this mixture overnight to soak up all the flavors. The next day, you can toss these cutlets on the grill and serve them with delicious starchy and veggie sides.

Grilled Boneless Pork Chop Ingredients

  • Pork: For this recipe, we use boneless pork loin chops because they’re quick to cook and pair well with practically any marinade.
  • Marinade: For the marinade, we whisk together Worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper and cayenne pepper.

Directions

Step 1: Marinate the pork

In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper and cayenne. Add the pork chops to the marinade and refrigerate them for 8 to 12 hours.

Step 2: Grill the pork

Drain and discard the marinade. Then cover and grill the pork chops over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F. Then, pull the pork off the heat and let it stand for five minutes before serving.

Grilled Boneless Pork Chop Variations

  • Use a lime-herb marinade: Instead of this parsley balsamic sauce, marinate the pork chops in a zesty one like this delicious lime-herb marinade.
  • Make it spicy: Kick up the heat of this marinade by tossing in spicy peppers like habaneros or jalapeños.
  • Garnish with seasonal toppings: This grilled pork would taste delicious with corn salsa, diced tomatoes or apple chutney on top.
