Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

My mom gave me the recipe for these savory chops with a sweet and tangy marinade. The apple juice and Dijon mustard complement the pork nicely. With a vegetable and some rice or pasta, you have a meal. —Babette Watterson, Atglen, Pennsylvania

So simple and delicious! I love any marinade with Dijon Mustard. Made this with the substitution of orange juice for apple juice, because that's what I had on hand. Also cut recipe in half, as there were only 2 of us for dinner. (Won't make that mistake again, no leftovers). Pork had a great taste and was moist!. Thanks Babette

Five stars for incredibly easy to whip up. We don't ever have apple juice, but orange juice worked just fine. Used boneless sirloin chops and they were very tender and tasty with a nice flavorful crust on the outside.
