Asian Turkey Burgers

- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces ground turkey
- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix just until combined. Shape into four patties. In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook turkey over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reaches 165°.

These are delicious, moist, and flavorful. I like to use hoisin sauce instead of ketchup as a topping.

I love this recipe. I have made it three times in the last ten days. I prefer topping it with hoisin sauce (and also dipping it in hoisin sauce). However, my boyfriend prefers it with ketchup. We both enjoy this burger very much. It's easy to make and very flavorful. I love the taste of the ginger in the burger.

This is the third time making this recipe...my family loves it. I would not changed anything; however, I agree that serving it with hoisin sauce is the best.

This was really simple to make, and everyone loved it. It even is good with mayo ketchup and some mustard... a great easy dinner. :)
