Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 fully cooked bone-in ham steak (1 to 2 pounds)

Nutritional Facts

1 serving: 328 calories, 5g fat (2g saturated fat), 44mg cholesterol, 908mg sodium, 58g carbohydrate (56g sugars, 1g fiber), 14g protein.

Directions

  1. Place brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Brush over both sides of ham.
  2. Place ham on an oiled grill rack over medium heat. Grill, covered, until glazed and heated through, 7-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
