Buttery Rolls Recipe
- 1 cup warm milk (70° to 80°)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
- When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into 24 portions; shape into balls. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Bake at 375° for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 2 dozen.

Better tasting than any store bought roll and almost as easy as buying ready made. My family expects these every holiday and since they're super easy to make it's never a problem.
