Banana Chip Bread Recipe

Good old banana bread is delightfully dressed up in this version, studded with chocolate chips and pecans. I served yummy slices at the holiday brunch I plan annually for my relatives. -Shelly Rynearson, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Delicious! I used whole wheat flour & it was done in 55 minutes. I never measure bananas so I just used 3. I omitted the nuts & used a whole 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips.

This bread is awesome! Even without the pecans, it's great. Chocolate and bananas....yum!

It was good, it was moist but it really just tasted like banana bread with chocolate chips! Should probably mince up some cherries so that the bread resembles the name.
