This hearty, rich-tasting main dish is sure to be a hit with your family. It's a delicious way to use up Thanksgiving turkey, and you can substitute 5-1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes for the 6 potatoes. —Mary Lou Timpson, Centennial Park, Arizona

When you have leftover mashed potatoes (you can still add the cream cheese and other stuff), leftover stuffing and extra turkey, this dish will take you no time at all. We look forward to making it after every holiday that involves turkey.

We used 2 turkey flavored packages of stuffing instead of the seasoned without the celery, onion, seasoning and broth (because thats what I had on hand) and it was so so good! All my girls at wine club loved it!

I made this receipe and it is excellent! I added some dried cranberries to the stuffing, and made some turkey gravey from the stock I had already made! Absolutely terrific. Liz Nyhoff, Lethbridge, Alberta Canada

Made this last night and it is excellent! I defrosted a 10oz box of mixed veggies and sprinkled it over the turkey mixture. Served cranberry sauce and turkey gravy on the side. YUM!

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I did not have 2 cans of chicken soup so I substituted 11/4 c of left over gravy and it worked out well. Have a salad on the side and you have a complete meal. Thanks Taste of Home.
