Great way to prepare broccoli. I usually just cook broccoli and put butter on it, this is a new change of pace that is simple with great taste. Went over very well. Instead of microwaving it, I instead steam cooked it and it turned out just fine.

Great! My husband said it tasted just like a Chinese restaurant.

I meant to say Asian inspired. It is a pet peeve of mine that this site won't let you go back and fix mistakes!

Delicious and easy! Give the broccoli good flavor without changing or overpowering the flavor too much! Great with Asian inpired entrees and rice on the side!

Very good. I placed all the 'sauce' ingredients in a skillet, heated till the butter was melted, added the broccoli, covered, and cooked (steamed), stirring occasionally, till the broccoli was crisp tender. At the last I uncovered the skillet, turned up the heat and evaporated the little liquid that was in the skillet. The florets, as they steamed in the sauce, absorbed all the flavor, more so than if they had just been tossed, I think. Delish!

Definitely needs to be tossed to coat the broccoli with the sauce mixture after cooking to get the full flavor. Very tasty and 3-4 minutes is a great recommended microwave time -- usually you get mush but this was nice and crunchy!
