- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Assorted fresh vegetables or potato chips
- In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with vegetables or chips. Yield: about 1 cup.
