  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  2. Process strawberries and juices in a blender until smooth. Add chilled sugar syrup; pulse to blend.
  3. Pour into cylinder of ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately or store in freezer containers, allowing headspace for expansion.
