Parmesan Herb Chicken

With a golden Parmesan cheese and herb coating, these tender chicken breasts make a tempting and hearty main dish. They're really very little fuss. Just coat them and bake. Their mild classic flavor suits a wide variety of tastes. —Phyllis Joann Schmalz Kansas City, Kansas

I agree, a staple recipe. Have made this a couple of times during quarantine and mixed it up a bit. First I halved the recipe and then I also tried using Liptons savory herb soup mix too. Really gave it zing! We really like this so will continue to make it with a wild rice or mashed potatoes!

I halved this recipe and used boneless skinless chicken, it was amazing! I chunked it up and put on top of a loaded salad

This is one of the quality staple recipes that you should have on hand or know by heart. When I made this I reduced all the ingredients because I was making four chicken breasts. It was wonderful and a family favorite.

A long time family favorite! I use boneless breasts and cook for about 25 minutes.

I halved this recipe & used boneless skinless breasts so I adjusted the cooking time. Otherwise I follwed the recipe exactly. Loved it! Simple, quick & delicious!!

It was excellent. I did add 1 cup Italian bread crumbs. Next time I will leave out the salt. Great with Alfredo sauce.

I have made this recipe many times. I make it exactly as the recipe says. It's a favorite at our house. When I make it for guests, they always ask for the recipe.
