Oven Parmesan Chips
My husband and I avoid fried foods, but potatoes are part of our menu almost every day. These delectable sliced potatoes get nice and crispy and give our meals a likable lift. —Mary Lou Kelly, Scottdale, Pennsylvania

Great flavor and very easy to prepare. I took a hint from previous reviews and cooked them about 10-15 minutes longer than called for. Result was nicely crispy and golden. Will definitely do this again!

Instead of butter, I used EVOO. I also baked these longer so the chips could actually get crisp. Loved the flavor
I prepared these potatoes last night and they were delicious. They did not get crispy after 20 minutes so next time I will roast them longer. However the flavor was wonderful. I'm anxious to try these again but cook them a little longer.
I make these often and the last time I made them I had a couple of carrots that needed cooked so I sliced them diagonally and did them the same as the potatoes. Made some really tasty carrots
You don't need oil just spray cookie sheet,Place on and cover for 15 minutes then remove foil flip and cook 15 more minutes at 400 degrees. Less fat and individual salt at time of dining, healthier?
We enjoyed this take on potatoes, but the description gave me a good chuckle; "My husband and I avoid fried foods" with a recipe adding 1/8 cup of butter and 25g fat per serving. Still, butter makes this very tasty.
Loved these. So easy and so good. Thanks for sharing recipe.
These were great. I doubled the recipe and left out the onion. My son, who's a toddler, Is very picky when it comes to vegetables but he loved these and wanted seconds of them!
I am not a potato eater but i love this dish. My in laws copied the recipe immediately after she tasted it!
