  • 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup club soda


  1. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs and oil. Add club soda and stir until smooth.
  2. Bake in a preheated waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.

Can you freeze Light 'n' Crispy Waffles?

Cool waffles on wire racks. Freeze between layers of waxed paper in freezer containers. To use, reheat waffles in a toaster on medium setting. Or microwave each waffle on high for 30-60 seconds or until heated through.
