Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 packages (10 ounces each ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add spinach and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until cream cheese is melted.
