I use 3 packages of spinach instead of 2, it is not a recipe that knocks your sock off, but if you eat spinach, it is quick and easy. I actually like it better with a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch instead of the onion soup mix. I also throw in some chopped water chestnuts for a little extra texture.

Fortunately I only made half a recipe of this. The taste of the onion soup mix is very strong. My son and I, both of whom love spinach voted this thumbs down.
