Easy Tangy Coleslaw

- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 3 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve with a slotted spoon.

I have made this recipe many times and each time it is perfect and so easy! My family always requests that I make the "recipe" for family parties!

This is my go to coleslaw recipe for everything family occasion. I add a dash or two of white pepper to perk it up also. It makes everyone wonder where the heat came from.

We thought this was a great coleslaw; yes, it is sweet, but we like things on the sweet side!
