The bread was pretty tasty but 3 cups of flour was too much! I had to add extra oil

I love quick breads, and bake them often - but this was the worst recipe ever. Threw the loaf out immediately, which almost never happens! But when it does, you want to warn others. Find a different recipe!

This was a very tasty bread, it has a little denser texture, but the taste was so good.

Really good bread! And, the house smelled amazing while it was baking! I doubled the recipe and was really glad I did as one just wasn't enough! This is really good toasted and has a sort of beer bread-like texture. Delicious, easy and I will be making it again!
