Beef Cabbage Hash

I made this and it was quite tasty. It went together easily. I felt it needed a bit more time to cook but maybe that was because I didn’t shred the cabbage fine enough. It took almost 20 minutes. I think some cheese sprinkled on top would be nice.
Had a piece of a head of cabbage I needed to use so I found this tasty easy recipe to try. I used chicken broth instead of the water it called for and added a little hot sauce as we like spicy food. We thought it was tasty as prepared but decided to melt some shredded cheddar over the top for added flavor.
Made this because it seemed relatively cheap, I used red potatoes and ground turkey instead of beef and my boyfriend, who doesn't care for cabbage overall, really enjoyed it.
