  • 24 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and onion powder; mix well. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 dozen.

"Mix in 3 tablespoonful (drained sweet relish) in the york stuffing and then sprinkle the top with very little paprika will make not only look good but taste perfect! Appetite comes from making the foods appetizing... Just a thought..."

"<p>These were great, but a tad bland, so I added a bit of horseradish for a little kick. I also added sweet pickle relish. They were very good. I just realized in reading other reviews that I left out the onion powder, so that's probably why they were a little bland.  Anyway, they ended up good, and I'll make them again, this time with the onion powder.</p>"

"Great recipe - not the typical base I am used to. The cream cheese made it very creamy. I followed the stated recipe. When I taste tested it before filling the eggs, found it may be tart for the younger kids. Added a small amount of sugar (maybe 2 tsp). Rave reviews at Easter."
