- 2 cans (14 ounces each) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
- 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Tortilla chips
- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 5 cups.

"This dip was very good and my company liked it and at it all. It's not the best artichoke dip I've made but it was good. I did use sour cream instead of yogurt because that what I had on hand. I also used a 6 cheese Italian blend instead of the Swiss and parmasean. I also used jack cheese instead of mozzarella (the 6 cheese had mozzarella). I had pickled jalape?os so I used those. Also added some chopped red onion. It was good, easy, and creamy. I served it with sliced red peppers, carrots, and assorted crackers."
"Sometimes the spinach in most artichoke dips can overwhelm the other flavors. This was perfect! I did substitute Monterey Jack for the mozzarella, and substituted Provolone for the Swiss. I also used light sour cream in place of the yogurt and used plain salt and pepper to taste in place of the seasoned salt. What a hit! Thanks for the great recipe!"
