You'll need just seven basic ingredients to make this effortless upside-down pizza casserole. Since I cook for two, I often divide it into two smaller casserole dishes - one for dinner and one to freeze. I used tomato sauce instead of tomato soup. I added basil. It was delish!

This was just okay. I don't think potatoes mix well with pizza flavor.

This is good- I have made with pizza sauce and spagetti sauce.
